A Halloween story I wrote for a contest (I’m a LOSER! MUAHAHA!) is posted below. It was easier to copy than writing something original. Although to be fair to me, I wrote two contest entries – approximately 6,000 words. Maybe next year I’ll get in another 80,000 for that horror novel I’ve always wanted to write. The one about the girlfriend who is so good at dismembering and disposing of her many boyfriends’ body parts, she’s not even considered a suspect. I think I’ll call it Decapitation Nation. Or perhaps a better title might be That Freezer Better Not Go on the Fritz Before November 1st – A Love Story.
My favorite night of the year is almost over, but before the last witch flies across the night sky on a private jet and the last black cat yowls (because it’s having sex) I have just enough time to post some photos I took this Halloween.
